Should there be any reason something isn't right, we offer a full refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date for online purchases.

You may return any full priced items for a refund or exchange via the Return & Exchange form.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

How do I book a return?
We've made it as easy as possible to process your return or exchange. Simply follow the steps below;
- 1. Ensure your item(s) meet our return and exchange policy: Item(s) were purchased from the Banbé online store – www.banbeeyewear.com. Item(s) are unworn, in original condition
- and packaging. Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) are full price (sale items can only be returned or exchanged only).
- 2. Download the Return & Exchange form.
- 3. Complete the reasons for your return/exchange.
- 4. Place the item(s) you're returning into a secure parcel along with your completed form and original invoice.
- 5. Take your parcel to your local post office and send it to the address listed on the form. (We recommend sending your parcel via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items).
- 6. Once your return/exchange has been received to our returns warehouse, your request will be processed within 48 business hours. Please note returns may take up to 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.
